Job Details

Educational Qualification
- Trade Apprentice (Attendant Operator): 3 years B.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Industrial Chemistry)
- Trade Apprentice (Fitter): Matric + ITI (Fitter) – 2 years
- Technician Apprentice (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation): 3 years Diploma in respective discipline
- Trade Apprentice (Secretarial Assistant/Accountant): Graduate (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com/B.Com for Accountant)
- Data Entry Operator (Fresher): 12th Pass
- Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate): 12th Pass + Skill Certificate in ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’
Note: Candidates with higher professional qualifications (like B.E./B.Tech, MBA, etc.) are not eligible.
Age Limit (as on 31-05-2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 24 years
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years (additional relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per norms)
Selection Process
- No Written Test
- Selection based on percentage of marks in qualifying examination
- In case of a tie: older age will be given preference
Stipend
- As per Apprenticeship Act and IOCL guidelines
