1. Junior Executive (Engineering)
- Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil, Chemical)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Upper Age Limit: 32 years
2. Associate Executive (Engineering)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in relevant discipline
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
- Upper Age Limit: 32 years
3. Junior Executive (Accounts)
- Qualification: Inter CA/Inter CMA + Graduation in any discipline
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Upper Age Limit: 35 years
- Minimum Age: 30 years
4. Associate Executive (Quality Assurance)
- Qualification: M.Sc in Chemistry with specialization in Organic, Physical, Inorganic, or Analytical Chemistry
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
- Upper Age Limit: 32 years
5. Secretary
- Qualification:
- Class X: Minimum 60%
- Class XII: Minimum 60%
- Graduation (3 years): Minimum 60%
- Desirable: Diploma/Certification in Secretarial Practice or similar (6+ months)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Upper Age Limit: 32 years

Educational Qualification
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks required (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
- For Accounts: Candidates who passed final CA/CMA are not eligible.
- All qualifications must be from UGC/AICTE recognized institutions.
Work Experience
- Must be post-qualification, continuous experience.
- Must include relevant industry sectors like oil & gas, petrochemicals, finance, capital goods, etc.
- Supervisory or managerial experience is often required.
Salary Details
1. Junior Executive
- Pay Scale: ₹30,000–1,20,000
- Approx. CTC: ₹11.86 LPA (in metro cities)
2. Associate Executive
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000–1,40,000
- Approx. CTC: ₹16.64 LPA (in metro cities)
CTC includes basic pay, DA, HRA, perks, retirement benefits, and PRP.

- SC/ST/PwBD: Exempted
