• Posts Offered:
  • Group “A” – Officers (Scale I, II, III)

• Participating Banks: 43+ RRBs across 28 States/UTs
• Vacancies: Indicated post-wise and category-wise in the official notification (Annexure-I). Final allotment will depend on actual vacancies reported by RRBs.

Educational Qualification
(as on 21.09.2025)

• Office Assistants (Multipurpose):
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Proficiency in local language
  • Desirable: Working knowledge of computer
• Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager):
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Preference for degrees in Agriculture, IT, Management, Law, etc.
  • Proficiency in local language
  • Desirable: Computer skills
• Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer):
  • Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks
  • 2 years experience in banking/financial institution
• Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers):
  • IT Officer: Degree in relevant stream + 1 year experience
  • CA: Certified Associate from ICAI + 1 year experience
  • Law Officer: Degree in Law + 2 years experience
  • Treasury Manager: CA or MBA in Finance + 1 year
  • Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing + 1 year
  • Agricultural Officer: Degree in related field + 2 years
• Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager):
  • Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks
  • 5 years experience as an Officer in Bank/Financial Institution

Salary Details

• Officer Scale-I: Approx ₹36,000 – ₹63,840
• Officer Scale-II: Approx ₹48,170 – ₹69,810
• Officer Scale-III: Approx ₹63,840 – ₹78,230
• Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Approx ₹20,000 – ₹45,000

Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Indian citizen or eligible categories (Nepal, Bhutan, Tibetan refugee, PIOs as per Govt. rules)
• Age (as on 01.09.2025):
  • Office Assistant: 18–28 years
  • Officer Scale-I: 18–30 years
  • Officer Scale-II: 21–32 years
  • Officer Scale-III: 21–40 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (NCL): 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years
  • Ex-Servicemen and others: As per norms
