Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications (For All Posts)
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech degree with at least 60% marks in the relevant discipline from a recognised University/Institution.
- Discipline-wise Required Qualifications & Experience
- Deputy Manager (Electrical):
- Degree: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in power sector (Coal, Gas, Lignite) in roles such as Operation, Maintenance, Commissioning, Erection, or Engineering of power plants (capacity 200 MW or above)
- Deputy Manager (Mechanical):
- Degree: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in relevant roles in a power plant of 200 MW or above
- Deputy Manager (Control & Instrumentation):
- Degree: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / Instrumentation / Control & Instrumentation
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in similar power sector roles in plants of 200 MW or above
- Deputy Manager (Electrical):
- Additional Requirements
- For PSU/Govt Sector Candidates:
- At least 2 years of experience in the pay scale ₹60,000–₹1,80,000 (IDA E3 grade) or equivalent.
- NOC required from current employer.
- For Private Sector Candidates:
- Form 16 for the last 3 financial years must be submitted.
- For PSU/Govt Sector Candidates:
- Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 40 years as on the closing date of online application.
