Educational Qualification

• DGM (Technical): BE (Civil); Preferred – M.Tech/MBA
• Asstt. Manager (HR): Graduate; Preferred – MBA in HR
• Maintenance Fitter: ITI certified in Maintenance Fitter; Preferred – Diploma in relevant field
• Electrician: ITI Electrician certified; Preferred – Diploma in relevant field

Salary Details

• DGM (Technical): ₹1,25,000/month (Consolidated)
• Asstt. Manager (HR): ₹35,000/month (Consolidated)
• Maintenance Fitter: ₹25,000/month (Consolidated)
• Electrician: ₹20,000/month (Consolidated)

Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Indian Citizen
• Age Limits(as on 01 June 2025):
  • DGM: Max 55 Years
  • HR Manager: Max 45 Years
  • Fitter/Electrician: Max 40 Years
• Experience:
  • DGM: 20 years technical, including 10 years in senior managerial roles
  • HR Manager: 5 years in HR, 3 years in a manufacturing unit
  • Fitter: 3 years in manufacturing/spinning
  • Electrician: 2 years in manufacturing/spinning
