Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Medical College & Hospital, Beltola, Guwahati has released a notification for ESIC Guwahati Recruitment 2025 to fill multiple Teaching Faculty and Senior Resident vacancies on a contractual basis. Interested and eligible candidates are invited to attend the walk-in interviews scheduled on 24th and 25th June 2025.

Educational Qualification

• Professor: MD/MS/DNB in concerned specialty + 8 years post-PG experience including 3 years as Associate Professor and minimum 4 research publications.
• Associate Professor: MD/MS/DNB + 5 years post-PG experience including 4 years as Assistant Professor + 2 research publications.
• Assistant Professor: MD/MS/DNB + 1 year as Senior Resident; 3 years desirable experience.
• Senior Resident: MBBS + PG Degree/Diploma/DNB in concerned specialty.

For non-medical faculty (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Statistics): MSc + PhD in relevant subject as per NMC norms.

Salary Details

• Professor: ₹2,11,878/- per month (consolidated)
• Associate Professor: ₹1,40,894/- per month
• Assistant Professor: ₹1,21,408/- per month
• Senior Resident: Basic Pay ₹67,700/- + applicable allowances (as per 7th CPC)

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit:
  • Faculty: Not exceeding 69 years on date of interview
  • Senior Resident: Not exceeding 45 years
• Nationality: Indian
• Other Terms:
  • Appointments are purely on a contractual basis
  • No private practice allowed
  • Maximum tenure: 3–5 years depending on post and performance
