A total of 8 vacancies are available for the posts of Junior Administrative Assistant, Junior Administrative Assistant cum Program Assistant, and Junior Administrative Assistant cum Accounts Assistant. Educational Qualification
1. Junior Administrative Assistant:
- Graduate in any discipline from a Govt. recognized institution
- Minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
- 6-month Certificate/Diploma in Computer Application from Govt. recognized institution
Extra Marks Eligibility:
- 70%+ in any one of 10th, 12th, or Graduation: +5 marks
- 80%+ in all of 10th, 12th, and Graduation: +10 marks
- Relevant work experience in Govt. offices: +10 marks
2. Junior Administrative Assistant cum Program Assistant:
- Graduate in Computer Science or related subject from a Govt. recognized institution
- Minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
Extra Marks Eligibility:
- MCA qualification: +15 marks
- Relevant work experience in Govt. offices: +10 marks
3. Junior Administrative Assistant cum Accounts Assistant:
- Graduate in Commerce from a Govt. recognized institution
- Minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
- 6-month Certificate/Diploma in Computer Application from Govt. recognized institution
Extra Marks Eligibility:
- CA Inter passed: +10 marks
- Tally proficiency (hands-on test): +5 marks
- Relevant work experience in Govt. offices: +10 marks
Salary Details
- ₹18,000 per month (fixed) for the first 11 months of contractual service
- A 6% salary enhancement will be provided if re-engaged after 11 months
- Absorption into regular posts may be considered as per SEBA Board Regulations
Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen
- Age Limit (as of 01.01.2025):
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 38 years
- SC/ST(P)/ST(H) candidates: upper age relaxation up to 43 years
- OBC/MOBC candidates: upper age relaxation up to 41 years
- Other Requirements:
- Age will be verified using HSLC Admit Card/Certificate
- Must be registered in any District Employment Exchange of Assam
- Required qualification must be met on the date of application
