All positions are under Pay Band 4 (Rs. 30,000 – 1,10,000) with varying Grade Pays.

Educational Qualification

• AGM (Finance): M.Sc./M.Com./M.A./MBA or PGDM with minimum 7 years of experience.
• Manager (Technical): B.E./B.Tech. with MBA or PGDM and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Manager (Finance): B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. with MBA or PGDM and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Manager (HR): MBA (HR) with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Dy. Manager (Finance): B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. with minimum 5 years of experience.

Note: Experience in financial institutions/banks preferred. Qualifications must be from AICTE/UGC-recognised institutes.

Salary Details

• AGM (Finance): Grade Pay ₹14,500/-
• Manager (Technical/Finance/HR): Grade Pay ₹13,300/-
• Dy. Manager (Finance): Grade Pay ₹12,700/-

Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen and a permanent resident of Assam.
• Language: Must have reading, writing, and speaking proficiency in English and Assamese.
• Age Limit:
  • AGM: Max 50 years
  • Manager: Max 45 years
  • Dy. Manager: Max 40 years
  • Age Relaxation:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC/MOBC: 3 years
