  • Achieve monthly revenue targets through direct sales of IPPB products.
  • Conduct customer outreach and financial literacy programs.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (Regular/Distance) from a recognised University or Institution approved by the Government of India or a regulatory body.
• Experience: Not required. Fresh graduates can apply.

Salary Details

• Monthly Pay: ₹30,000/- (inclusive of statutory deductions).
• Increments: Annual increment and performance-based incentives.
• Additional Benefits: No extra allowances, bonuses, or perks beyond the mentioned pay.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: 20 to 35 years as on 01.08.2025.
• Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.
• Other Conditions:
  • Should be a currently serving GDS.
  • No pending vigilance or disciplinary case.
  • Should not be under a mandatory cooling-off period from prior IPPB engagement.

Tenure of Engagement

• Duration: 1 year, extendable up to 2 additional years based on performance.
• Nature: Temporary engagement; not eligible for permanent absorption in IPPB.

Selection Process

• Selection based on merit list derived from graduation marks.
• IPPB reserves the right to conduct an online test if required.
• Tie-Breaking Rules:
  1. Seniority in Department of Posts.
  2. Older candidate (by date of birth).
