Educational Qualification

1. Manager (Credit Analyst):

• Graduate (any discipline)
• AND MBA (Finance) / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS (Finance) / CA / CFA / ICWA
• Post Qualification Experience: 3 years in Corporate/High-value Credit

2. Manager (Products – Digital Platforms):

• B.E./B.Tech in relevant fields or MCA
• Minimum 60% marks required
• Preferable: MBA / Executive MBA
• Experience: 5 years in Digital Payments, FinTech, etc.

3. Deputy Manager (Products – Digital Platforms):

• B.E./B.Tech in relevant fields or MCA
• Minimum 60% marks required
• Preferably: MBA / Executive MBA
• Experience: 3 years in relevant digital/FinTech domains

Salary Details

• Manager (MMGS III): ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280
• Deputy Manager (MMGS II): ₹64,820 – ₹93,960

Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Must be an Indian Citizen
• Age Limit (as on 31st August 2025):
  • Manager (Credit Analyst): 25 to 35 years
  • Manager (Digital Platforms): 28 to 35 years
  • Deputy Manager (Digital Platforms): 25 to 32 years
