DHS Assam Grade III Recruitment 2025 – 191 Vacancies

The Directorate of Health Services (DHS), Assam has announced the DHS Assam Grade III Recruitment 2025 for Non-Technical posts. A total of 191 vacancies are available for Health Educator, Junior Assistant/Account Assistant cum LDA, and Basic Health Worker (BHW). 1. Health Educator – 78 posts
2. Junior Assistant / Account Assistant cum LDA – 72 posts
3. Basic Health Worker (BHW) – 41 posts
   • Department: Directorate of Health Services, Assam
   • Reservation: SC, ST(P), ST(H), OBC/MOBC, PwBD, and Tea Tribes & Adivasi Community (as per Govt. norms).
   • Women reservation (RFNA7) applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification

• Health Educator: Graduate in any discipline + 6 months Diploma in Computer Application.
• Junior Assistant / Account Assistant cum LDA: Graduate in any discipline + 6 months Diploma in Computer Application.
• Basic Health Worker (BHW): Graduate in any discipline + 6 months Diploma in Computer Application.

Salary Details

• Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000 – Rs. 70,000 per month
• Grade Pay:
  • Health Educator – Rs. 7,600/-
  • Junior Assistant / Account Assistant cum LDA – Rs. 6,200/-
  • Basic Health Worker – Rs. 5,600/-

Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
• Employment Exchange Registration: Mandatory for candidates of Assam.
• Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025):
  • Unreserved: 18 – 40 years
  • OBC/MOBC: 18 – 43 years
  • SC/ST: 18 – 45 years
  • PwBD: 18 – 50 years
