Educational Qualification
- Architecture: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and registration with the Council of Architecture.
- Civil Engineering: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in Civil.
- Electrical Engineering: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in Electrical.
- Electronics: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in Electronics/Telecom/Electrical with specialization in Electronics.
- Information Technology:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT/Electronics, OR
- MCA.
Note: Candidates must have valid GATE 2023/2024/2025 scores in relevant papers.
Salary Details
- Pay Scale (IDA): Rs. 40,000 – 3% – 1,40,000 (E-1 Level)
- CTC: Approx. Rs. 13 lakhs per annum
- Additional benefits: DA, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Medical, and other allowances as per AAI rules.

- OBC (NCL): 3 years

- AAI employees: 10 years
