Engineering, IT, and Architecture graduates with valid GATE 2023/2024/2025 scores can apply online from 28th August 2025. Reservations available for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, and PwBD candidates as per government rules.

Educational Qualification

• Architecture: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and registration with the Council of Architecture.
• Civil Engineering: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in Civil.
• Electrical Engineering: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in Electrical.
• Electronics: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in Electronics/Telecom/Electrical with specialization in Electronics.
• Information Technology:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT/Electronics, OR
  • MCA.

Note: Candidates must have valid GATE 2023/2024/2025 scores in relevant papers.

Salary Details

• Pay Scale (IDA): Rs. 40,000 – 3% – 1,40,000 (E-1 Level)
• CTC: Approx. Rs. 13 lakhs per annum
• Additional benefits: DA, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Medical, and other allowances as per AAI rules.

• Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 27.09.2025
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (NCL): 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: 5 years
  • AAI employees: 10 years
• Nationality: Only Indian Nationals can apply.
