Salary
The position falls under Level 6 of the Pay Matrix with an initial basic pay of Rs. 35,400/-. The total gross salary, including allowances, is approximately Rs. 72,040/- per month (pre-revised pay scale PB-2 with grade pay of Rs. 4200/-).

Age Requirement
Candidates should be between 18 and 30 years of age as of 08.03.2025. Usual relaxation in age will be admissible to SC/ST/OBC/differently abled/ex-servicemen and dependents of freedom fighters as per government rules. Departmental candidates of the Supreme Court Registry have no upper age limit.
Reservation

Scheme of Examination
Eligible candidates will have to appear in the following tests:
- Objective Type Test: 100 questions (50 General English, 25 General Aptitude, 25 General knowledge)—2 hours
- Objective Type Computer Knowledge Test: 25 questions
- Typing Test on Computer: Minimum speed of 35 w.p.m. (Mistakes allowed up to 3%)—10 minutes
- Descriptive Test: Comprehension passage, Precis Writing, and Essay Writing—2 hours
