Educational Qualification
- Senior State Program Manager (MGNREGA):
- M.Tech / M.E in Computer Science, IT, Civil, or Electronics & Communication
- OR MBA (HR/Finance) with excellent computer knowledge
- State Program Executive (Finance, Accounts, and Procurement):
- M.Com or MBA with specialization in Finance/Accounting
- Minimum 60% marks in the qualifying exam
- Quality Control Officer:
- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
- Minimum 60% marks required
Work Experience
- Senior State Program Manager (MGNREGA):
- Minimum 10 years in a Managerial Cadre in public/reputed private sector
- Strong IT skills required
- State Program Executive:
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in industry/government/rural development
- Good knowledge in finance software like Finacle, Fintech, Sparsh
- Quality Control Officer:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in rural development projects
Salary Details
- Senior State Program Manager: ₹75,000 – ₹82,500 + allowances
- State Program Executive: ₹55,000 + allowances
- Quality Control Officer: ₹40,000 + allowances
