Shortlisting & Selection Process

  • Stages: The selection process includes a Computer-Based Test (CBT), Group Task/Discussion, Skill Test, and Personal Interview, depending on the position.
  • CBT Details:
    • Part 1: General Aptitude (English, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation)
    • Part 2: Technical/Professional Knowledge (Questions related to the qualifying degree/education background)
  • Further Rounds: Based on performance, candidates may proceed to Group Task/Discussion, Skill Test, and Personal Interview.
  • Final Selection: Merit-based shortlisting after the final interview, subject to medical examination.

Salary & Benefits

  • Pay Scale: Rs. 30,000 – 1,20,000
  • Approximate Cost to Company (CTC): Rs. 10.58 Lakh

The CTC includes base pay, retirement benefits, allowances, and performance-related pay. Additional benefits include medical insurance, leave entitlements, financial assistance programs (housing, vehicle, education loans), and more.
