Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering from a recognized university with at least one of the following subjects:
- Agriculture, Botany, Chemistry, Computer Science/Application, Environmental Science, Forestry, Geology, Horticulture, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Veterinary Science, Zoology
- OR Engineering in Agricultural, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical
Salary Details
- Pay Scale: ₹22,000 to ₹97,000
- Grade Pay: ₹10,300
- Pay Band: PB-3
- Other benefits: As per Assam Government rules
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: 21 to 38 years as on 01.01.2025
- SC/ST: up to 43 years
- OBC/MOBC: up to 41 years
- Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Assam
- Valid PRC or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate required
- Physical Standards:
- Male (GEN/OBC/SC): Height: 163 cm, Chest: 79 cm (normal) + 5 cm expansion
- Female (GEN/OBC/SC): Height: 150 cm, Chest: 74 cm (normal) + 5 cm expansion
- Male (STH/STP): Height: 152 cm | Female: 145 cm
