Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality & Residency:
  • The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
  • A PRC (Permanent Residence Certificate) issued in Assam for education/employment purposes or an Employment Exchange Registration certificate of Assam is required as proof of residency.
2. Educational Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree with a consistently brilliant academic record.
  • B.T/B.Ed. degree from an NCTE-recognized institution.
  • Experience:
    • 10 years of teaching experience in schools and colleges, OR
    • 10 years of administrative experience, with at least 5 years in a teaching role.
  • Required Documents:
    • All semester/year mark sheets and final pass certificates must be uploaded.

Age Limit (As of 01.01.2025)

  • Minimum Age: 21 years
  • Maximum Age: 38 years
  • Relaxations:
    • SC/ST: 5 years (up to 43 years)
    • OBC/MOBC: 3 years (up to 41 years)
    • Ex-Servicemen: Up to 50 years (relaxable by 3 years for OBC/MOBC and 5 years for SC/ST)
    • PwBD: 10 years irrespective of category
