Essential Qualifications

  • Technical Posts (Sl. No. 1 to 5):
    B.E./B. Tech./B.S. (4-year Degree) and M.E./M. Tech./M.S. or integrated M. Tech in relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
  • Computer Application (Sl. No. 6):
    i) As above, OR
    ii) B.E./B. Tech. and MCA with First Class or equivalent in any one of the two degrees. OR
    iii) Graduation with Mathematics and MCA (First Class or equivalent) with 2 years of experience.
  • Non-Technical Post (Mathematics):
    As per UGC Notification No. F.1-2/2017(EC/PS) dated 18th July, 2018 and related guidelines.
  • Note:
    Candidates with a Ph.D. after a Bachelor’s Degree from an Institution of National Importance with GATE/CEED are eligible.

Scale of Pay

Level 10: ₹57,700 – ₹1,82,400 + other allowances per Government norms.

Age Criteria (As on 01.01.2025)

  • Minimum: 21 years
  • Maximum: 38 years
  • Relaxations:
    • SC/ST(P)/ST(H): 5 years
    • OBC/MOBC: 3 years
    • PwBD: 10 years
    • Ex-servicemen: Up to 50 years (UR), 53 (OBC/MOBC), 55 (SC/ST)

Selection Process

  1. OMR-based MCQ Written Exam (75 Marks)
    • 75 questions, 1 mark each
    • Negative marking: 0.25 per wrong answer
  2. Teaching Proficiency Test (25 Marks)
    • Only shortlisted candidates will be called
  3. Document Verification on the day of TPT
