Educational Qualification
- Full-time 2-year MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM from a recognised university/institution approved by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
- Desirable Certifications: NISM / IRDAI / NCFM / AMFI.
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in wealth management as Officer/Manager with Public/Private/Foreign Banks, Broking Firms, Securities Firms, or Asset Management Companies.
Salary Details
- The pay scale ₹64820–2340(1)–67160–2680(10)–93960 for MMGS II (Middle Management Grade Scale II) means the following:
- Starting Basic Pay: ₹64,820
- First Increment: ₹2,340 after 1 year, making the basic ₹67,160
- Subsequent Increments: ₹2,680 each year for the next 10 years
- Maximum Basic Pay after 11 years: ₹93,960
- This pay is exclusive of allowances such as:
- Dearness Allowance (DA)
- Special Allowance
- House Rent Allowance (HRA) or Lease Accommodation
- Leave Fare Concession (LFC)
- Medical and hospitalization reimbursement
- Mobile and conveyance expenses
- The approximate CTC at Mumbai is mentioned as ₹21.00 Lakhs per annum, but this will vary by location.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality:
- Indian citizen or
- Subjects of Nepal/Bhutan or
- Tibetan refugee (before 1 Jan 1962) or
- Persons of Indian origin (PIO) from select countries with eligibility certificate.
